What is your returns policy during the coronavirus?

COVID-19: Refunds are taking longer than usual.

Once received we aim to process your return within 6 business days and we'll send you an email as soon as we've processed your return and authorised a refund. 

In response to the impact on infrastructure caused by the coronavirus, we have extended our returns period from 30 to 60 days.
