Can I exchange my product(s)?

Ordered the wrong size? No problem. Exchanges for a different size can be made for free within the return policy guidelines. If you'd like your item in a different colour, please return it and place a new order. 
 

1. INITIATE EXCHANGE

Log in or use the order tracker to open your order details. 

Select 'Free size exchange' and pick the item(s) you want to exchange.
2. PACK YOUR PARCEL AND ATTACH RETURN LABEL

Print the return label and pack the item(s) to be exchanged. Please place the new label over the original.
3. DROP OFF PARCEL

Drop off at your respective carrier drop off point. 

Royal Mail
Parcelforce (only if your parcel was shipped to a collection point)

Make sure to drop it off within 7 days to avoid having your size exchange cancelled.
4. NEW SIZE SENT

As soon as your return is scanned by the carrier, your new size(s) will be shipped. 

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking code when it leaves our warehouse. 

We'll use our standard delivery service for your exchange order. 


What happens if I use the return label from the box for my exchange? 
No printer? No worries, you can still use the label that comes in the box. It only takes a few days longer to arrive as your exchange will be shipped after we've received the returned items.

Returning items as well? 
You can pack all items in the same box, but please use the exchange label instead of the return label for the fastest process. We’ll refund you through your original payment method when we’ve received the package. This might take up to 14 days.
 

  • We will send the exchange item to the original delivery address via our standard delivery service.
  • You can only exchange an item for a different size. If you want a different color or product, you will have to return the item and place a new order. If the desired size is not available during the exchange process, the item is unfortunately (temporarily) sold out.
  • Exchange is not possible if you have purchased an item on another website.
  • Personalized items are made especially for you. These cannot be exchanged. In the event of a production error, please contact our customer service.
